This new 6-story contemporary mixed-use building houses a leasing office and ground floor retail spaces, along with 5-story luxury apartments above in Portland’s Pearl District. The secured building entrance and main lobby provide a modern feel for urban residents and the leasing office staff. In order to attract the hip, sophisticated clientele of the Pearl District, rich materials, soft contemporary furnishings, and custom lighting were selected to give the space an elegant hospitality feeling. Custom marketing boards were designed to showcase the building floor plans and interior living finishes.
