MARIN CONDOS AT SEMIAHMOO RESORT

The Developer for the Marin Condominiums selected us to design the finest luxury waterfront condos near the U.S.-Canadian Peace Arch border. With private waterfront balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean, each unit featured top quality finishes that exude the elegance of this destination resort and spa. We designed 18 units, which ranged in size from 1,200sf to 2,300sf. Elegant finishes such as marble and granite, glass tiles, warm exotic hardwood flooring, stainless steel, custom wood cabinets, textured architectural carpeting, and rich paint colors provide a sophisticated palette that resulted in quick unit sales. Pro-series appliances like Wolf ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerators, wine refrigerators, linear river rock fireplaces, and quality plumbing and light fixtures were selected to provide a consistency of design that one would expect from such an exclusive resort.
