This project received the 2002 IIDA Design Award for Commercial Offices

An ‘urban’ masculine style design concept was created for this industry leader’s new construction offices in Portland’s Pearl District. The organic layout of the serpentine curved corridors enclose the private offices to soften the building’s long rectangular floor plate. Rich, natural materials of anigre’ wood, cork floors, stainless steel, custom steel and glass windows, and strategically exposed concrete columns and walls were featured with saturated colors to create an atmosphere of rugged strength and quality for the client and their upscale clientele.
